Sent to Castle Dracula to deliver deeds to the infamous Count, Jonathan Harker has no idea what he’s getting himself into in this tour-de-force thrill ride, starring Duane Boutté (Sex and the City, Alabama Shakespeare, Lincoln Center) and Directed by Christian Conn (Asolo Rep, Guthrie Theatre).

Once he arrives, Jonathan finds himself being held captive by the eerie and cryptic Count, discovering horrific sights behind some of the castle’s closed doors. Only after he escapes is his worst fear confirmed: Count Dracula is an undead creature of the night. With the help of Van Helsing and other friends, Jonathan sets off on a mission to find and destroy the Count before he becomes more powerful than ever, risking his life to save the lives of those he loves.

The show is performed in front of The Bannerman Residence (smaller castle) on Pollepel (Bannerman) Island.

The event includes your round trip cruise to and from Bannerman Island on The Bannerman Castle Trust’s Research Vessel the Estuary Steward. The 6 pm cruise (Priority Seating @ $80) includes a tour before the show about the  Island, as well as the opportunity for first pick of seating. The 7 pm cruise (Secondary Seating @ $75) will enjoy a lecture about Pollepel (Bannerman Island) after the show ends.

Priority Seating Ticket holders will leave on the first boat back to Beacon directly after the performance; Secondary Seating will depart the island after the lecture and on the second boat back to Beacon.

There is a full service concession stand/gift shop that is fully stocked with snacks and sandwiches, as well as water, soft drinks and non alcoholic beverages.

Please arrive a half hour early to board the RV Estuary Steward. Please note: the RV Estuary Steward cannot wait for latecomers and must depart on time. If you miss the boat, you will forfeit your ticket and will not be able to get a refund or a reschedule because The Bannerman Castle Trust has held your seats exclusively for you and therefore cannot resell your tickets. Please give yourselves plenty of time to get to the dock including giving yourselves time to get stuck in traffic.

Dogs are not allowed on Pollepel (Bannerman) Island. Only ADA Approved Service Dogs. Type ll and Type lll are allowed. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
